Q&A
How far in advance do I need to book?
My bookings open on a quarterly basis. If all slots are fully booked, I will only accept new appointments during the next booking window.
What should I consider before my appointment?
Please come well rested, eat something beforehand, and wear comfortable clothing. No alcohol or blood thinners 24 hours before the appointment.
Can I bring someone with me?
In general, I prefer to work without accompaniment, so that a calm atmosphere can be maintained during the tattooing process. Babies and children are not allowed in the studio – dogs are not permitted for hygiene reasons. If you would still like to bring someone with you, please briefly discuss this with me in advance.
How old do I need to be to get a tattoo?
The minimum age for getting a tattoo in my studio is 18 years. I do not offer tattoos for minors – not even with parental consent or accompaniment.
What criteria should I use to choose my tattoo artist?
Today, you can view the work of many artists on social media. Choose your artist based on style and signature – similar to choosing a restaurant. The more specialized an artist is, the clearer the result.
Does it hurt?
Since I work in fine line, the pain is generally very manageable. Small lettering is usually less painful than a larger design that is tattooed over a longer period of time on the same area. Pain perception also strongly depends on the body area and individual sensitivity.
Do you do cover-ups?
In general, I do not do cover-ups, as I work with very fine needles. In exceptional cases – for example with small, lightly tattooed or very fine tattoos – this can be discussed individually. Overall, however, I focus on new, clean works in order to remain true to my artistic signature.
Can I pay by card?
Yes. Card payment is possible in my studio.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes, a deposit of €100 is required to secure the appointment. This will be deducted from the final price.
Which tattoos do you not do?
I focus exclusively on fine line, micro realism, and portraits. I do not take on other styles such as old school, tribal, mandala, or large-scale color tattoos.
GENERAL INFORMATION
Planning:
Please make sure to allocate enough time for your appoint-ment. If you’re unsure, feel free to ask about the exact timing of your appointment. I’m happy to take the necessary time to ensure I provide you with the best possible service.
If you have another appointment scheduled afterward please let me know in advance.
Parking:
The studio is centrally located in the heart of the city. Ho-wever, this also means that parking is limited, Parking in Gerberstraße is restricted to just one hour, so it’s not recom-mended. There are several parking garages nearby, such as Gerber or Tübinger Carre, where you can park comfortably.
PRICING
Pricing & Deposit:
The prices are individualized and depend on the size, effort, and time required for creating your desired design.
Small designs may seem relatively expensive – this is becau se the organizational effort for scheduling the appointment, setting up and breaking down the station, and the materials used are the same as for larger designs. Therefore, my prices start at €200, as the effort is not worth it for me below that.
It is therefore advisable to get several small designs done in one session.
Once we’ve found a suitable appointment, we will send you a rough price estimate. This is just for orientation and may vary on-site.
Deposit & Payment:
Once we’ve found a suitable appointment, a deposit of €100 is required. This secures your appointment and also serves as a guarantee for me. The deposit will be deducted from the final price on the day of the session.
If you cannot attend the appointment, please inform me at least 48 hours in advance, so I still have the opportunity to find a replacement. Any cancellations less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in the deposit being forfeited.
Payment by card is available on-site.
HOW TO BOOK
Important Information About Requests & Booking
To ensure that we have all the necessary details, we only accept inquiries through my website.
Please fill out the form as thoroughly as possible-the more detailed your description, the higher the chance that I will accept your request. It is especially important that I understand exactly what kind of design you have in mind.
General Information:
I open my bookings on a quarterly basis and close them af-terward. While bookings are closed, we are unable to res-pond to inquiries. Once your request has been submitted, it may take some time to process before you receive a propo-sed appointment—I kindly ask for your patience.
I am incredibly grateful for the many inquiries I receive each quarter and feel honored that so many people appreciate my art. However, I cannot accept every request and primarily focus on micro realism, portraits, and designs that align with my style.
Thank you for your interest and trust!
